1kbd Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement for Bangladesh

To open an account and use the 1kbd Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling participation as recognised by 1kbd's operating standards.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and third-party agents may not register an account on behalf of another individual.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 1kbd, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order or a court-imposed gambling prohibition, you are not eligible to use the Platform.

To access the full range of 1kbd services, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. You agree to the following account obligations:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If 1kbd detects duplicate accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify 1kbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 1kbd is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

1kbd may, at its discretion, implement a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. You agree to cooperate with any such process by providing documents as reasonably requested, including national identity documents or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

All financial transactions on the 1kbd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the payment method selected and will be displayed during the transaction process.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 1kbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specific to each payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day. 1kbd does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider's own fee structure may apply.
• 1kbd reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error or is identified as fraudulent, 1kbd will reverse the transaction and may report the matter to relevant authorities. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent deposit activity will have their accounts suspended and all associated funds forfeited.

Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 1kbd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are denominated and settled in BDT.

1kbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• The welcome bonus (currently 100% match on first deposit up to ৳20,000) is available to new players only. It may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus balance will be removed from the account. The expiry window is stated in each promotion's terms.
• 1kbd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim a bonus if there is evidence that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to unfairly exploit the promotion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid on specified games only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as monetary bonuses unless otherwise stated.

1kbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard. 1kbd complies with the following responsible gaming obligations:

• Deposit limit controls allow players to set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount they may deposit. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders alert players when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration. Players may set session time limits in account settings.
• A cooling-off period (temporary self-exclusion) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be applied at any time from the account settings panel. During this period, the account will be locked for all gaming and betting activity.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available on request. A permanently self-excluded player may not re-register under any circumstances. 1kbd will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across all channels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1kbd Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder, including the use of stolen payment credentials.

1kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, age misrepresentation, or providing false registration information.
• A request from a player for self-exclusion, account closure, or a cooling-off period.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require 1kbd to restrict access to the Platform in certain jurisdictions or for certain categories of user.

Upon account termination for reasons attributable to player breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Upon termination at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

All content on the 1kbd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of 1kbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 1kbd Platform without the express prior written consent of 1kbd. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1kbd, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if 1kbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1kbd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 1kbd makes no representation regarding the legality of accessing the Platform from locations outside Bangladesh, and it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

1kbd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1kbd will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where practicable, 1kbd will provide advance notice of significant changes via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 1kbd support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. 1kbd will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly with players before any formal legal process is initiated.
